LARIN
Charles-Mathieu “Chuck” Larin is a committed universe creator and entrepreneur, co-founder of LUMA and co-founder of the Softblade project. For over 10 years, he has been developing educational and sporting activities rooted in the medieval fantasy universe, reaching thousands of young people every year through schools, camps and festivals. He also founded the Association Sportive Médiévale (ASM), an organization dedicated to making these experiences accessible to all, especially disadvantaged young people. His mission: to instill respect, integrity and honor in young people through immersive, structured experiences.
VÉRONIQUE
GAUTHIER TRUDEL
Véronique Gauthier Trudel is co-founder and co-owner of Nemesis Workshops, where she has played a key role in strategy, creation and development since 2009. A natural and passionate leader, she has rallied multiple talents around her to build a creative and sustainable business. Whether in sculpture, painting, product design or process structuring, Véronique brilliantly combines artistic flair and management rigor. An avid larper, she is committed to the creation of immersive universes, with a marked sensitivity to the player experience. Through Softblade, she puts her human vision, operational rigor and deep desire to share into the service of sport.
STEVEN
JOHN KIROUAC
Steven Kirouac is a veteran of medieval sports for over 26 years, and co-founder of LUMA and the Softblade projects. An inventor and visionary, he is the technical backbone behind every project he takes part in. An experienced weapons master, he designed the sword training techniques used in the organization's educational and sporting activities. He also oversees field logistics, ensuring that the sport maintains its integrity. Thanks to his unique know-how, he transforms ambitious ideas into concrete realities.
